Discharge refrigerant from the refrigeration system.

Replace faulty tube or hose.
Cap the open fittings immediately to keep moisture or dirt out
of the system.

3. |
Tighten the bolt or nut joint to the specified torque.
Connections should not be torque tighter than the specified
torque.

4. |
Evacuate air in the refrigeration system and charge system with refrigerant.

550 ± 25g (19.4 ± 0.88oz.)

5. |
Inspect for leakage of refrigerant.
Using a gas leak detector, check for refrigerant leakage.

Inspect A/C operation.
