Kia Carens: Air conditioning System / Auto Defogging Sensor (DATC only) Repair procedures
To inspect and diagnose the sensor, refer to Self-Diagnosis procedure and DTC
guide.

Disconnect the negative (-) battery terminal.

Remove the ECM mirror cover (A).

|
3. |
Push the ECM mirror base up to remove the auto defog sensor & rain sensor
cover (A).

4. |
Disconnect the connector (A) and then remove the auto defogging sensor
(B).

5. |
Install in the reverse order of removal.
